Mike O’Meara heads Commercial Realty Investments (CRI) and has been in the commercial real estate field based in Houston Texas since August 1988. He has experience in all phases of commercial property leasing, asset acquisition and disposition. Landlord clientele include individual and institutional investors, publically traded corporations, large life insurance companies (e.g. MONY, Farmers New World Life Insurance Company), regional and national banks (e.g. Bank United), and foreign investors. With the consummation of over 400 commercial real estate lease transactions, CRI has the necessary expertise to create value within the lease agreement. Mike O'Meara is also partner and key principal in COY Development Inc., a full-service commercial real estate development concern.

Any commercial property has intrinsic value, but the cash flow from properly negotiated components within the lease instrument is the chief valuation of a real property asset. With the exception of multi-family promulgated or “boiler plate” leases, Mr. O’Meara personally reviews the proposed lease and credit of each tenant to ensure the deal points are properly memorialized and the necessary guarantees are in place prior to lease execution. This attention to detail results in a lease document securing cash flow and maximizing asset value, consistent with client investing criteria and exit strategies predetermined by the investor/partner.

Offering the investor brokerage or partnership options, CRI has perfected the "one-stop shop" that caters to all commercial real estate investors.
